After 10PM lines are long and so are wait times. Customers are impatient and workers overwhelmed. Even me getting a little... frustrated. Chen answered the phone as I was having an order issue. He not only corrected the issue swiftly and justly. He wentabove and beyond to make sure th experience was still a top priority. I came into Wendy?s as a normal customer, I left the firsttime no longer a customer, and after speaking with Chen (apologies if I misheard the spelling) this is the only Wendy?s I?m thearea that I?m going to go to. Specifically because I know Chen is here and he balances what?s best for the customer snd whatsbest for the company in a seamless way you typically only see from someone with years and years of management experience.Wendy?s, get this guy into your corporate office and nurture that experience. Mold him right and he could be a solid asset forthe company in this area. Or any company for that matter. Don?t let him go to your competition. Read more
