We?re back again this week all because of Tim?s excellent customer service last week. When we arrived to pick up our pizza I had... failed to finish ordering it online. Tim had it out in record time, and was apologetic even though it was my mistake. It wasalso pouring rain and he offered a towel to dry the inside of my car as well as drinks while we waited. The pizza that was fresh was good, but the rest of our order not so much. I ordered carside pick up, and after waiting a bit, I... decided I should just go on in. Once I came in, I was told they were waiting on my twists. I explained that I didn?t have twistson my order. After some discussion, I was informed that one of our pizzas was missed. I understand that mistakes happen, butwhen I have to wait an additional 20 minutes due to that mistake, I would think they would?ve remade our order. Nope, not thecase.
