The strawberry milk tea tasted different from the last time I ordered it. It was tart and more like juice this time around. And... the texture was off. I'm not sure if they changed the recipe or what, but when I told them they didn't offer a replacement orrefund. Very awkward. And the past few times I visited when ordering the universal teas (no milk) they had no sweetener in themat all. This place is ok enough but I don't think Ill be coming again anytime soon Read more
I went to Universetea to get some Boba. I walked in and they immediately told me that they don?t take cash, which I don?t mind... but it still is inconvenient. I ordered a Honey Milk Tea with boba. I thanked the baristas for the drink but neither of themresponded and so I thanked them again, but it was clear they were ignoring me, but again, I get that people have tough days so Ijust ignored it. The drink was what really got me disappointed. It was really watered down and just tasted gross. I personallywill not be ordering from this store again. They were out of some of the things we wanted, but I tried the Mango Dragon fruit slush and it was really good! My daughter got... something new and said it was just okay. I tried it and want a fan. It really just tasted like milk with brown sugar in it. Myhusband said he tried a mango refresher and enjoyed it. It is an interesting place. Read more

Delicious flavors to choose from, a little on the sweet side and the boba sadly was a little undercooked? It had the slight... toughness. Cute little shop and happy there is a location in the area that is not and hour into the DFW. Read more

Not too bad. Slightly watered down. Great environment. Nice treats and snacks selection.
The drinks are great, but the staff is hilarious. Also there's a strange little Asian mart inside for some reason and we got... some very interesting ingredients that will be used in future cocktail recipes. Read more
