We've been happy with Cafe Yumm overall, but this location in particular is really great! Employees are always really nice and... welcoming, food is ready quickly, and our order is consistently correct. We live about 15 minutes away and are surrounded byother quick service restaurants, but I always prefer going a little out of my way because I know it will be a pleasantexperience. Read more
I?ve ordered from here the same meal 4 different times, (online order and drive through) they are not consistent with the order.... I?m not happy that I paid for a large jazzy bowl and received the same size when I ordered a small jazzy bowl. Please train yourstaff better. Read more
Cafe Yumm is delicious. I would probably eat it at least once a week. (I did at one point in college.) Except for one thing -... their stupidly small drinks. Every time I consider ordering food delivery or picking up takeout, I (sadly!) reject CY as anoption because I want more drink than will fit in their Dixie cups and they're too expensive to allow for ordering multipledrinks. Update: Wow! What great customer service I received which is the reason for 5 stars. I am beyond thrilled to have that happen as... in this day and age, appreciation and attention to detail is severely lacking. I was contacted by the company and the manager ofthis location. I even got a hand written note of apology including a gift. Wow! I am impressed! Cafe Yumm!, you will continue tobe a go-to place for our family. Thank you for taking care of your customers! I just want to preface that I love Cafe Yumm!And since reopening, I have been disappointed with their portion sizes. The price does not support what they are putting intheir containers. We ordered two medium bowls (original and a hot n jazzy) with no meat. They were the amount of a small in amedium bowl. However, I appreciate their safety measures they have taken during this time and the contactless payment options. Ijust would like their food portions to adequately match the price. Read more
Great healthy food. I've never had a take out order botched. I especially like their effort at reducing waste by asking you to... specifically order items like napkins with take out. I hate throwing away extras. Read more
