Why do you go out to eat? To get something you can make better at home, probably not. The spicy chicken sandwich is something... that would take lots of prep and make a huge mess at home. It has been a while since we have had a Chick-fil-A, the chicken patty wasn't the same as the last time we had one. It was good,... a little bit too much lettuce on the sandwich and the chicken was a bit too crispy. The waffle fries were tasty but very salty.The shakes were not the greatest and didn't as good as a shake should. The customer service was very good. Everyone wasfriendly except for the employee stocking the condiments. No customer service skills. They weren't too busy, and the service wasfast enough for the amount of people. I ordered a pretty large order on the app for lunch at work. I ordered it for delivery. When I received the order a couple items... were missing, no big deal. So I called the store and the gentleman that answered said that this location doesn't do delivery. Iexplained that I ordered it through the app and the App was instructing me to contact the store if items were missing. I canonly assume he put me on an infinite hold as he didn't hang up but he never came back to the phone. I tried calling backmultiple times and they refused to answer. So i just reached out to corporate and they were very helpful and got me a refund forthe items I was missing. The moral of the story is if you have any issues with this location, don't bother calling the store,just call corporate. The food is amazing. You won't be disappointed. Unfortunately I won't be ordering delivery through theirapp anymore as I just can't trust that it will be right. Read more
Ordering is great people are nice etc. What I'm not impressed is, when I order a strawberry lemonade I don't just expect acouple... little pieces falling off my lid or down under the ice at the bottom...had no color of red besides little chunks. NO flavor atall of strawberry. Taste straight up just like lemonade. Very Over rated place. Yes I've had good food here before but majorityof the time... not to impressed. So sad the mac and cheese was warm, sticky and didn?t have the baked cheese top like the chik fil a in beaverton. I waited in... line for 45 minutes and am super disappointed. Read more

This was my 1st time driving through; well organized, good clear signage, helpful & friendly attendant. The lemon squeeze drink... was SO good. The grandkids loved their nuggets & fries. The chicken was fine. I think it must be the sauce that makes it special& I'm not a sauce person ???? Read more
