When you call the local number it directs you to a phone service in India. Took 20 minutes to order 1 large cheese and 2 large... pepperoni pizzas. Delivery came. They do not accept any American tender over $20. 5 hungry kids and the driver could not acceptthe $50 bills I had. So... we drove down to the store and they told me that it is a Dominos company policy that they do notaccept anything over $20 bil US tender does not apply. Thank you for making sure my 5 kids stayed hungry. .Domino's is trash. Read more
Found a big black hair on our pizza. Instant appetite killer and pizza goes in the trash. So gross!
I called, I ordered 2 pizzas a 2 L of root beer and a cheese bread for pick up. She told me $60 I said well on here it says 6.99... for each item she said yeah that?s only if you ask so your new total is $34. She is so rude! Read more
Not impressed. Last time I ordered from here they messed up an order at which time the manager told me there would be a credit... added to my account for the inconvenience. Today when I called to take advantage of this, not only was there no such creditfound, but the girl on the phone was RUDE about it. I honestly prefer dominos pizza over pizza hut or other local pizza places,but if their customer service is bad I'll go elsewhere. Read more
Pizza was delicious. Customer service excellent! When I ordered the exact same pizza, 20 minutes later, cause my son?s dog ate... the ENTIRE pizza, this Domino?s made me another one, ON THE HOUSE! Thank you very much! Read more
Most of this was burnt or stuck to the bottom so like 3 tbs were able to be eaten. That being said it wasn?t even close to where... it should have been. The last time we ordered I asked my husband if he had left a tip and the lady shouts from across theparking lot ?No?. I felt that was rude. I was going to call in and leave one if he hadn?t.
