It's fine for a quick pick up lunch when you're busy and no time to fix your own.
Food is never even close to what it looks like on TV. It is a crapshoot if it will b good or bad. Fries are not good ever. Nice... people however. Read more
Every time I go to the River road location in Keizer they either make a mistake on my order or something is just not there. The... last time I went the young lady that assisted us and brought the food out to the car when we were asked to wait was extremelyrude to the point that I will not be going back to this location and would prefer to go out of my way to go to a differentMcDonald's then come back here again. Also when we got home we discovered that the chocolate milk that they had given thechildren and their Happy meals was expired and curdled and they were still handing it out to children. Read more
Went here on 4th of July.....ice cream machine broke...blender broke....all the lights were turned off out front like they were... closed.....I understand you dont want to work a holiday but guess what? This is the job you signed on for! This is the firsttime in years I have been off early on the 4th of July ( yes, I work in a restaurant) and have been dreaming all day of a Mc Dssundae while watching fireworks...thanks to this location having " broken" equipment my night was not so great. Came here in a hurry to get my son breakfast again and they screwed up the order so I went back through. The lady I spoke with... over the intercom told me to just come up so I passed the first window. The lady in the first window looks out and at my car andthen goes back in. She then says loudly (I was one car away from the second window) ?The next car didnt pay.? First off you knowwhat they say about assuming?. Second off I get notifying the management or anyone who needs to know but did you really have toshout it so loud so every car and person in the establishment could hear. What a disgusting thing to do and it was VERYHUMILIATING! I tried to let the lady know at the next window that I didn?t appreciate it but they were just trying to scoot meout of the way it felt like. Very disappointed at this interaction. I don?t put all the blame on this worker either. Though Ifeel her actions were unnecessary. I also put the blame on whoever took my fixed order and didn?t inform the lady at the firstwindow. Do what you want with this information but know this is normal for this McDonald?s. Orders are usually messed up andthe customer service isn?t great. I will say they are very under appreciated and that they deal with a lot in a fast paceenvironment though again that was totally uncalled for. Waiting an extra ten minutes isn't great, but usually at least you get fresh food. Instead I got a way overcooked quarter... pounder patty with no toppings except the one I asked them to omit. They put in in the system the right way and confirmed itwith me three times and still managed to mess it up. The fries were really fresh at least, but really a disappointing visit andI'd recommend just going to a different one. Read more
Waited almost 40 minutes for food. Ordered a mcrib with extra pickles and onions..got 2 pickles and 2 tiny slices of onion.... Fries and nuggets were luke warm. Only good thing was lady at window was polite and funny. Read more
