Panera is normally a pleasant stop, but this one was an exception. It was not at all busy when we arrived (6pm on a Friday),... but none of the unoccupied tables appeared clean. They were out of both bread and chip sides, and the resulting apple wasmush--clearly not stored in a cool place. The "bussing" area to return dishes was filthy, stacked so high with dishes and trashit was difficult to find a place to put things down. We love Panera Bread and they?re all over the USA. It?s usually our go to for daily coffee and teas since we have the... membership. We?ve been to so many locations and they?re all mostly great experience. This location is somewhat quiet early onthe day so you can sit and have a quiet time. Friendly staff. There?s the kiosk option if it?s busy or you prefer not to orderwith a staff. We mostly do Mobil orders. I would have given them a 5 but there?s not much vegan options. Read more
Going through the drive-through at this store for the first time. So far I can see that the building and drive-through is a bit... outdated and need to be remodeled. I usually buy Panera bread on commercial st. That store is fantastic both in service andflavor of the food. Will update rating based on flavor of the food here. Update: changed my review to 3 stars. I'm comparing myopinions based on commercial st Panera bread. So compared to them the avocado BLT sandwich at keizer station tasted very bland.Like they didn't even salt it. The bread was uneven and a lot of the ingredients just fell out. Also my order got messed up..but that wasn't a big deal because it was just the drink that got messed up. Based on my only visit so far, however, I do anticipate visiting it again as this particular one gave quality servings.... Unfortunately, with Panara, you are at the mercy whoever is in charge of quality control at individual stores. Some are muchbetter than others. Read more
Stuck in the drive thru for an hour, they did not give me my whole order, they missed my dessert, did not remember to give me my... drink and did not finish making the pizza or my sandwich correctly after the entire hour in line. Not one thing about the order was correct, asked the staff several times as they were clearly struggling with it, completely... normal order off their menu no changes to the items. We ordered two wraps and two breakfast sandwiches, each completely wrongand one had the wrapper inside the sandwich...see the photos. Credit/debit card machine didn't work or staff were unsure of howto use it, coffee size and creamer weren't right. Very disappointing, will be returning the sandwich with disgusting wrapperback to you. Will not be a place we return too and definitely don't recommend. Read more
First, cashier extremely slow and tedious. Unprofessional manager standing around. The lobby was a mess. Not to mention the... food prep area. After waiting for my unsanitized pager to buzz for over 15 minutes, I went to check on my order. I saw half ofmy order I?m sitting on the counter, and no one would help me. So I went back and sat down, after waiting another 10 minutes mybuzzer buzzes. Now this puny looking salad is sitting next to the other now cold half of my order. Took one bite and demandedmy money back. (I was the third to do so during my visit) staff was short, rude, frazzled and dis-organized. A bad example ofPanera company. Poor training is obvious. I haven?t been to Panera since high school and I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. What really put it over the top was... the customer service. Highly recommend stopping here to eat and get some work done. Read more
