We normally buy pizza every Tuesday night, and tonight was going to be another pizza. They were not answering their phones, so... tried to stop by. It says open online. People looked through the window while mopping, and just ignored us. No sign saying theyare not open on the door or anything. Very disappointed. Read more

Bought 2 pizzas. Don't normally go to this location but did and won't go back. The pizzas we mentioned weren't even made, even... after discussing it and the pepperoni pizza had more sauce an less pepperoni on it than a small. The garlic chicken barely hassauce on it. Won't go back here if it was free. Read more
We bought two pizzas, one was pepperoni and one was chicken garlic. The pepperoni was mostly very thick crust with a little... pepperoni, a dab of sauce and a little cheese!! Chicken garlic had a few pieces of chicken and a little cheese and sauce on it! Cost us $36.00?? This must be how they are trying to make up losses from COVID!! 4 stars for efficiency, 4 stars for customer service & 1 star for the pizza quality. Makes 3 stars. If you want vary little... topings in alot of dough this is the place to go. I really suggest getting a $5-$6 pizza from the store and save your money. Ifi want dough i could make it at home cheaper and save my gas. I love Papa Murphy's in fact I used to work at one as my first job. When I called to place an order 10 minutes before they were... supposed to close they said they couldn't take my order. I've never known a place to not take an order up until the time thatthey were closed. At least back in the day when I worked there if someone walked through the door at 8:59 and we closed at 9:00we would be making them a pizza. But they already had all their stuff cleaned up and couldn't be bothered to make a pizza whenwe could have been there by 9:00. I explained to the kid that the pizza was super easy to make and again he said they were nolonger taking orders and they were all cleaned up and ready to close. It sounds like the manager or owner needs to have a talkwith their stuff about customer service and when the time of closing is set at a certain time you don't start cleaning up beforethat time.
