Ordered food off Grubhub. Driver got there and the employee was refusing to give our food, even though I paid. She was screaming... at the driver and me (over the phone), calling us liars and refusing to help, saying it wasn?t her problem. She even walked awayand ignored us. Then said Grubhub didn?t work for them and it wasn?t her problem. Grubhub support said the order was moved to?old food? and was just sitting there. Worst experience I?ve ever had with any employee. I wanted the gluten free build your own pizza because I have to have gluten free items. The crust was burnt, and for the size... they charge for a small build your own pizza was pretty lame. I ordered from grub hub and was charged 1.66 in sauce that wasnever included. Burnt crust..... Seriously? I want a refund lol Read more
Skip this location. It took 45 minutes to order, in person, and receive my personal pan pizza. Location was dirty. Drink... machine did not work. Employees could care less about us or how long the wait was. Will never go back. Read more
It's really disappointing how this restaurant has ended up. I think staffing is the challenge. The bad. No soda machines were... working, nothing on the reader board, the salad bar was barely stocked with lettuce, 9 plus tables were still covered in thepost lunch plates and old food, the men's room had some kind of white powder over the door, floors and just everywhere. Thegood. Despite the mess, the two people we saw were kind and you could tell they were overworked and doing the best they could. The remainder of the salad bar was fine, the ranch is great. The pizza was quick and very well prepared. Honestly, if it wasn'tfor the fact that the two employees we saw were so kind, I'd probably not go back. I'll give them some slack, it was after thelunch rush, but still. Hopefully they can hire some folks and get this back to where it deserves. Read more
We have ordered from this location many times in the past. We usually dine in, but this time we ordered for a pickup. We always... order the Maui zaui with red sauce and King Arthur supreme. It is always busting with toppings and is always uniform. This timehowever we received a lopsided pie with skimpy toppings. On one piece of the Maui zaui it had no ham and one piece of pineapple.The pizza was lacking in onion, bacon, mushrooms, and pineapple. It looked more like a domino?s pizza, but at least withdomino?s you get the same thing each and every time. Read more
This place is gross. Employees are not washing their hands after touching them selfs and then touching toppings; the store is... just a mess and dirty, food all over. I will never order from this place again. The first time I had things delivered and mypizza was smashed and cold so this time I decided to order and pick it up. When I walked in the store and watched the employeesmaking pizza I was just disgusted by what I seen. If I was a health inspector I would shut this place down. Read more
