The sandwiches are extremely small. It's not worth the cost anymore.
Everyone is complaining about the online orders not being made correctly but you need to understand that all they do is make... sandwiches, they don't control what they run out of and when you aren't there in person to substitute the stuff that they're outof they just have to deal with what they've got. Some of y'all need to stop getting mad at the workers for stuff that's out oftheir control, it's pathetic. Read more

Ordered online and when I arrived my order wasn't ready because they were out of something for my request. Seriously? You... couldn't have called me? Now I have to sit and wait in store. Saturday November 13, 2021 at 2:45 PM. This poor girl is working all by herself with no other employees here to help her.... Despite being all by herself and having a long line of customers waiting in line for sandwiches she is doing an absolutelyphenomenal job. Remaining calm, being attentive and moving thru the line with a good pace all while being very polite andrespectful. Whoever this girl is deserves a bonus and a raise. You go girl! ???? Read more
WARNING: DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS LOCATION. I recently ordered online 4 subs with 3 of them being made from their most... popular bread Italian. I immediately received a call informing me that they were out of Italian. "Ok," I thought and told themto cancel the order. I was then informed that I wouldn't be receiving a refund today, when I questioned why they didn't give ananswer or even give an estimate to when I would see a refund. After that exchange I called Corporate and they informed me thatthere is no reason for them not to refund unless they purposefully said the order was complete mere seconds after I placed it.The rep advised if I don't see it in 2-5 days to issue a charge back as this location should never have touched that buttonuntil the order was truly complete. I would be more understanding if it was a mistake and they owned up to it, instead it seemsthey are attempting to get away with shady things and take advantage of people during these times. Update: I hadn't seen arefund so I went into the store and the manager resolved it so I have updated my score to reflect. Read more
Need more workers. It was a Sunday. I placed a online order. Went to pick up didn't see it on the shelf. I was doing door dash... so left to go pick up a order. Came back way later than my pickup time still nothing on the shelf for pickup. The poor girl wasthe only one working and she had a very long line of people. She had no time or help to make my order so it just was never made.I wasn't very happy but I understand it wasn't her fault. Very wrong to make her work alone. Read more
Came here last Sunday 11/27/22. This lady was all by herself. Not sure if this was a staffing issue or management or both. But... the person in front of us ordered 1 sub and it took about 20 minutes to make. Then we ordered and it took another 20 meanwhile iwas asking if my sandwich was chicken (looked like she put turkey) and she was sure she put chicken. Anyway, she got a lunchrush of 4 other guests and it took forever for her to complete those orders so I didn't bother to ask for the correct sandwich Iasked for. Then she charged me for 2 fountain drinks when all they had available was Dr Pepper since all the drinks weren'tswapped in the back. Which she didn't even tell me til after I paid for 2 large drinks.
