have yet to receive one order that was correct. got the 20/20 bundle but no traditional wings all boneless wings. which is no... better than frozen chicken from the store, just got those for my kids. they were cold also so I ended up spending about $70 anddidn't even get the wings I wanted. the on top of that they didn't give me the ranch for my salad just the wings. so ended uphaving yo use half the ranch for my wings on the salad. I guess it was better than last time I ordered from here and they gaveme 4 cups of ranch each with about a quarter full which all would fit into one cup. this is the only bww that I have ever had anissue with. I probably just wouldn't go back at this point since they are not capable of completing an order. Read more
Usually love and don't have an issue, however the past year has gone downhill really bad. The food has gotten mediocre at best,... not to mention, it's really miss or hit on service. I wanted to order today, but guess I'll be going elsewhere, you advertise sofeverishly order online.....and the location has ordering turned off please call, so you call, and call, and call. Each time noanswer and then being told thanks for calling sorry no one available to answer, goodbye and hangs up. One should really nothave to work this hard to hand you money! Poorly run! Read more
We went to Buffalo Wild Wings on Friday late afternoon,it was nice and clean. We ordered our usual all time favorite dry lemon... pepper flavored wings,it was so good. Server was so nice and friendly.We got our food & drinks in very decent time, I would sayit was way faster than I thought. :) My daughter and wife also liked this place.My daughter liked so much her food :).Have agreat time with family. Walked in sat at the bar. Ordered to go food and had a drink while waiting. There was a total of 5 6 tables occupied. Not busy... at all. Received my order and a portion of the order was wrong. Server put it in correctly but the cooks made mistake. My issueis if you have to remake a portion of the order on a Togo order, just remake the whole order. Walked in and asked if Patio was open as I had my dog with me. They said yes and I could put and sit. Sat for almost 30 minutes... with No one to check on me. Had a few employees who walked out to go to their car, but no acknowledging on if I needed help.Opened the door to see if there was something else I had to be waited on. Person at the bar said he'd send out a waiter. After afew more minutes a diesel truck pulled up to tow a car for a girl and after about 10 minutes I decided to leave. I was hungryand didn't want to wait at longer. Drive through a Taco Cabana and ate tacos on the way home ???? definitely not the dinner Iwanted. Dined in late 10:30 pm, food came out tasting delicious. Waiter was bomb and brought everything out quick along with water. We... came in after being outside so it was nice to get that water refill. Got the Asian zing and garlic Parmesan which was so good,along with a large fry (and e already started eating so the photos aren?t full dishes, sorry was hungry) which was good forfour. Only reason for the 4 stars is that it smells like a gym locker coming in lol food was still bomb though. Read more
My pickup order was for 4:50 and here I waited 25 minutes for a messed up, old, and gross order. If it was busy then I would... understand but it wasn't. The wings were dressed with the wrong sauces and instead of 20 boneless and 20 original I got a 10/30mix. The fries were old and stale and some of the chicken was extra extra fried where even the meat was crunchy, it was notedible. Even some of the vegetables were starting to turn, the celery was brown and gooey on the ends. There is no excuse forsuch horrendous food to be served to anyone. We don't get take out much but today we decide to since we had family coming over.To say this was an utter disappointment to everyone is an understatement. Read more
Stopped in here after a long flight. If the bartender would not have been so good...this would be 3 stars at best. Wings were... cold...just me so don't blame it on getting food lined up. Bartender did spot it and offer to get more but I was already tiredand just wanted beer, wings, and sleep. So I had cold beer and cold wings so I could get to bed. He knew his products and wasable to answer beer questions. He was quick to take care of the guest at the bar and was training someone. Read more
