First and last time going here. Can someone please explain to me how I'm supposed to eat this without destroying my truck's... interior and also how 2 of them were $14? No fork included. Customer service nonexistent. Took way too long at the speaker whenI was the only one in line. The facility looks clean, the menu is unique, and the food is good. However, I had issues with the service. I waited a long... time, had to repeat my order when I got to the window & wait longer, she verified my order but still got it wrong so I had toget out of my car to go in for the correction. The rep was new but a more seasoned rep told her he was trying to correct herbefore she gave me the incorrect item but she didn't listen. The manager did apologize but didn't offer anything for my trouble(except for letting me keep the wrong item I don't eat because they were going to trash it anyway) or to even bring it out to mewhen finished so I didn't have to stand there and wait. Custard is great and the burgers are usually good. Fries and onion rings can vary greatly. Several times over the last few... months they?ve had a weird technical issue where drive through is cash only. Kind of sus, owner might check into that. Read more

Food was delicious. Had 2 Karen's in the way. Was taking their sweet time asking stupid questions. Luckily I had ordered ahead... and I just had to get it from the shelve, they even had a cool spot for my shake. There was also a nice worker that did ask if Ineeded help. Read more

Used to be awesome, but have been very disappointed over the last year. Service is terribly slow, and then when they are able... to take your order, they often dont have items on the menu. Tonight... no vanilla custard, no tea, and no lettuce for a lettucewrap. Last time, no fries, chicken strips, fry sauce, or vanilla custard. It has a cool retro vibe like Sonics or Johnny Rockets but the service is very slow. They let my kids ice cream sit for 5... minutes on the counter saying I have to wait and most of the soda fountain had fizzy water. The burgers are great though! Read more

On another level of awesome. Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru, over 10 minutes at the WINDOW. Ordered two ice cream mixes,... was handed a bag full of food yet still they had not started the dessert. One spoon and the incorrect toppings on both items. $13 for this? There is a pathetic amount of sauerkraut, a hilariously small hot dog, my shake was wrong (for some reason gummy... worms were added to it) plus the mustard I added AND fries from the combo were missing. Frankly I'm insulted you think this isacceptable. I could buy a pack of hot dogs, pack of buns, mustard and sauerkraut for about the same price as this one dog. If Iever decide to try this place again I'll update the score if the other food is better but right now I'm utterly dissatisfied anddisappointed. Read more
