I have visited this restaurant several times in the past. Often times the place is not well kept or well managed. This last... visit was an incredible improvement. The place was spotless the staff was friendly the food was perfect. I can't wait to returnand it is so refreshing to see a place change so much for the better. Tried to come here 4 times in the last week after getting off work late and the location is a half mile from my house. Every... time I have tried to come though (1030-115pm) they are only taking DoorDash or Uber eats. If they have staff to take those, theyhave staff to take regular drive through. And if they are not gonna take drive through, then turn off the menu board lights sopeople don?t drive up. You know what Jack in the box, why don?t you just do the city of Keller a favour and just close thislocation down. If I could give 0 stars I would. I was dreaming about the spicy nacho chicken sandwich and the extremely rude & obnoxious... employee working the drive through window ruined it for me. They seem to be friendly enough though I only went through the drive-through. The service was quick in response. They got my... food to me very promptly. The food was hot and tasty and exactly what I ordered. Although as a trans female people tend to lookat me strangely no matter where I go.
