Food is totally awesome but the service is not good. We came in 1 1/2 hrs before closing and they totally forgot our friends... order and then when we mentioned it, they brought them the wrong order. Finally got it straightened out. But before we left,my daughter wanted to grab more coke from the fountain, but the cashier girl at the front acted put out because she wanted toclose early. First of all, I've worked fast food and restaurants in my career. You don't start vlosing/putting things up untilyou close shop. I'm sorry if you have to stay later than close, but that's the restaurant biz. That's how it is. You don'tget to leave when the customers do. You stay and clean up. Read more
I just want to say thank you so much for a wonderful first dining experience here. I wanted to recognize Gautam who was helpful... and kind in taking our order and the Cooks who did an amazing job. Please take good care of them. I truly feel a lot of the foodexperiences in many places went down after Covid and this place stood out. Lord willing we will return. The burger andeverything tasted really fresh. Only constructive feedback would be the bathroom and tables just need to be cleaned, a littleupkeep. God bless y?all and thanks again. Read more
I was so surprised when I read "Korean Burger place". Wow! I was not disappointed. I got the Bulgogi loaded fries, a Cali burger... and a Bulgogi Burger from the kids meal. AMAZING! Starting from the staff and how friendly they were, bearing with all myquestions and lack of knowledge was very refreshing. Then when I tried the loaded fries It was love at first bite. If you likesweet and savory this is definitely the place for you. The Cali Burger is NOT like any other Cali. It was soooo good and thebread they used was thick, sweet and enough to last me the whole burger. (Yes, I'm one of those that ends up with no bun most ofthe time lol) and it did not break apart like a cheap bun would. On top of everything the soda machine was adorable. It wastap/craft soda machine. It was fun and convenient cause the kimchi was delicious but a bit spicy had to get me a couple of cupsof soda lol I'm so glad I found this place. It's definitely a little hidden gem. Not a lot of people know about it, but theyshould. So go give them a try and give your own review. I guarantee you won't be disappointed. Read more
Pretty good food. My family has tried their food twice. If you need some ideas of what to try, we've had the Psychedelic burger,... Holy Smokes burger, Bonsai burger, OG burger, plain fries, Spicy Pork Tacos, and K-style Fries. I really liked the Bonsai burgerand everything that came on it. OG burger is nothing special. Psychedelic burger was yummy.Holy smokes burger was good (baconmakes everything better), fries were kind of weak looking but ok, k-style fries were good. I want to try them again. I love thespicy pork tacos. A little lime juice to finish it off works great. I wish the burgers came with fries, like a lot of places,but to each their own. Read more
Good food, friendly and fast service, clean restaurant. I had the Big Tex (I think that's what it's called). Basically a... western burger on Texas Toast. The onion rings were also very good, very crisp, and the onion didn't pull out when you bit intoit. My wife had the cheese steak, which had good flavor but was a mess. It would have been better to eat with a knife and fork.She also had the curly fries which were very good. The good came out faster than we were expecting which was nice, and thestaff was patient and friendly while we ordered. I would definitely go back. Read more
So, we had an appetite for a really good burger. Looked for.some places and this kne came up. So glad it did! These burgers... were amazing! Perfectly seasoned and cooked. I also ordered onion rings. Side note, I love them and usually order them inother places. Sadly, mist people can't cook them right and with one bit you pull out the onion and you're left with dough. NOTHERE! The onions were cooked perfectly and I had onion in each bite. The sweet potato fries were good, too. We had the WestCoast, Holy Smokes, and Choritos burgers. All of them were perfect. We went on a Saturday night. We were the only guest there the entire time. The food was excellent! Everything we ordered,... burgers, fries and a shake was great. I gave a four star bc the service was terrible. The lady working the front acted soooannoyed we were there, she seemed frustrated the more we ordered and never once smiled or said thank you. I felt obligated totip her on the receipt bc she stood right there as I signed the receipt. Her attitude made me fear she?d spit in our food orshake if I didn?t tip. We honestly really enjoyed the food but the lady worker at the front left the worst taste In our mouth.We def didn?t feel wanted. Maybe she had a really long busy day or something. Read more
