This location has always been good until tonight. I found a ROCK in my beans in the tostada. First I noticed a sandy texture... then I felt it rub against my teeth. Thank God I didn't bit down on it. Waited in the drive-thru for 20 mins & I purchased 2 super Nachos no beans. As per standard everything comes separately. The... portion size of meat & sour cream was laughable. Essentially I paid for 2 and only got 1 as the meat & sour cream from both onlycovered ½ of 1 huge portion of chips given the other huge chip & cheese portion was used as dip because there was no othertoppings left to use.. I love taco casa. Thursday... My super burrito was very poorly rolled... Fell apart almost the second I picked it up and was... leaking sour cream from the seam. Tastes fine but was very messy. My taco light shell seemed stale. Not awful. Just not realgood. Not my best taco Casa experience. Read more
Food was pretty good, drive thru was quick, people were friendly...only holding back a star because the prices have skyrocketed.
First time and not impressed at all, after hearing good things about Taco Casa.. Big Lady in the drive thru is flat out rude. No... customer service at all. Literally ignored my questions overs the speak and rushed my order. Get to the window, no greeting, noeye contact; she just stuck her arm out to grab payment.. took payment and handed me back my card. Assuming she saw the disgustin my face and felt my energy came, so after she handed my food she she sad have a good day. I honestly didn?t even have it inme to to say it back.. also, first impression is not a good one to see a dirty kitchen through the drive thru window, no staffwearing gloves or hair coverings, saw one with a hat.. wont be back.. ???????? I wish they used the same amount of food per order everything. I order the beef nachos with Xtra meat and jalapeños. I pay for... the extra but don't get more than a regular helping. Read more
