Pleasantly surprised with the food and service. We are (were) big chipotle fans but have to say the service was better at... Qdoba. Food quality and quantity varied, some of our dishes like the Quesadilla and chicken bowl were great! Vegetarians inour group were disappointed with the limited vege variety available and missed the Sofritas. Overall we liked the place andlook forward to going back. Read more
When they opened a few months ago, it was great, now they give you small protein portions, and if you ask for a decent amount,... they will charged you extra. I am not visiting this restaurant anymore. Go to Chipotle! Read more
Cannot speak for the food. We decided to go here tonight for the first time, their register charged our card twice (they were... aware their register was doing it to people) My husband paid, it said approved on the card reader took his card and left while Ifinished up and grabbed the food. That is when I was told it might have charged us twice and to check our bank statement. I hadto pull up my banking info, show them it charged twice, waited for the (manager?)Josh to get off the phone, then I?m told theyneeded the card in order to refund the 2nd charge, I had to call my husband to come back to the restaurant, by the time it wasall said and done I had to ask for a full refund. It had been over 20 minutes of them trying to fix the problem, our food wascold. We were never offered to have our food remade so it could have been fresh, we received a very minimal apology from Josh,and I couldn?t even get a receipt showing it had been refunded because I was told the register isn?t printing! Absolutely poorexperience and after wasting over 30 minutes here we had to find somewhere else to get dinner. I ran a restaurant as a managerfor several years and I NEVER would have let an error from a register make a customer walk out of my restaurant empty handed.The manager clearly needs some training on hospitality and this place needs to get their register situation handled.Disappointing! I came here and order burrito and brownies, but after seeing how the girl handle their food especially the brownies i will... never order or eat from here ever. I understand now why some people are complaining how they got sick after eating there isbecause this place filthy and unsanitary. I saw the girl Aly touch my brownies with her hand without washing beforehand. Ididn?t want to be rude so after i left I threw the brownies away, because i don?t where her hand came. I am completely shocked that I spent $40 here for two meals. When I got here I asked for the surf n turf and the employee did... not know what I was talking about despite it being on the sign above them. No the food was not good. The chips were extremelysalty. The Cotija cheese do not mix with the surf and surf bowl. It was just mediocre. Now after eating this bowl I startedgetting sick. I had a horrible fever of 104.9. So I went to the doctor and I had food poisoning, the last thing I ate was thesurf & turf bowl because I couldn?t get anything else down. I will never be coming here again. Read more
Very tasty food. Friendly staff. Clean and modern. Easy access off Keller Parkway. More options than Chipotle with slightly... higher prices. $9 to $12 plus drink & tax. I'll definitely back. Read more
this place is great before about 5. the night shift people are bombing the place. They give small portion sizes my burritos look... like flimsy parachutes. also they have gotten my order wrong continuously. please change this. Read more
