No more hot rolls! We?ll that?s how it went tonight for us. Waited until almost done our meals and then complained to the duty... manager. Finally someone offered fresh hot rolls just as we were finishing up and leaving. Told duty manager again and shesuggested we take some home. I stressed to her how we wanted fresh hot rolls WITH OUR MEAL and not after we were done. Shedidn?t seem all too bothered about it all. Now I remember why we stayed away for so long? service hasn?t improved and neitherhas the care for the customer. Read more
Second visit to this fine establishment in the same week--two different locations though. We had an absolutely fabulous meal!... Just found out that at least at this location they have free ice cream on Sundays. My favorite thing is using their buy one getone coupons. We moved out of the area a while back and it was a tough time :-(. Now things are much better :-). Read more
Just want to give a Huge Shout out to Spring Creek in Keller. Stopped by last night for a take out order at almost closing... time. While I hate doing this near closing time, the staff could not have been more accommodating and friendly. Nathan quicklystepped up and took my order and the staff prepared my take out order quickly and even brought it to the car. I walked awaytotally shocked by this awesome Customer Service. You don't find this many places. Oh! The food was outstanding too. Can'twait to go back to Spring Creek in Keller. Thank you all. Read more
It would have been 5 star awesome if I didn't get grissel instead of brisket. The chicken was really dry $20 for a... combination plate is really over price especially when you only get choice of 2 veggies. It would be great if we could still get more than 2 vegetables especially for that price.. Read more
Ate here several years ago, liked the food, even if a bit pricey. Wife and I have visited 4 or 5 times in last 6 weeks - still... delicious. Sides are fresh, pickles and raw onions plentiful, very tasty cole slaw and potato salad. "Moist" brisket and ribsVERY Good. Sausage merely average. Nice atmosphere. Since most fast food outlets and casual dining restaurants have raisedprices and lowered service, a lot of places that used to beat Spring Creek on price have caught up, with lower-quality food,making this a excellent value. Only ding? Only 1 variety of BBQ sauce, which doesn't "ring my bell". At least 1 alternative,if not 2 (a sweet/smokey and a spicier) varieties should be offered. Read more
Did a take out order of ribs, brisket, sausage, chopped beef, potato salad and Cole slaw. Hit the spot for the family. Loved the... mustard potato salad. Accidently mixed with Cole slaw and awesome happy accident. Ribs and sausage delish. Read more
The server was so gracious. The food came out quickly and correctly. She even offered us a complimentary drink. The sweet tea... was fresh and so were the soft rolls. Everything tastes great. We will definitely be back. Read more
