They always have boxes at the entrance, but they are pretty fast serving the drinks.
The baristas work so hard with the other Keller store closed. There ia a constant line of drive-through, mobile and in-store... orders. But despite that, the orders come in fast and baristas are very pleasant, friendly and polite. I love this store. Read more
There use to be a time where ?light ice? didn?t mean ?light drink? too. I get protocol is probably being followed. But, 6$ for a... good 1/4th off the top missing is annoying to see. Update. I have been to many Starbucks across the US and UK almost every day for the past 10 years. Over that time I have seen their... stores change. I like the coffee but it just seems that the level of service and friendliness has changed/is changingtremendously. But, I have to say that this Starbucks location specifically stands out as one of the most kind and genuinelycustomer friendly places I frequent. I go out of my way to go here. Definitely worth the extra mile or two for the service andsmiles! The experience at this store has a feel to it if appreciation for their customers. Everyone can vouch one Starbucks drink will not hurt your bank account. But when you question where all your paycheck went and... you look to see ?Starbucks, Starbucks, Starbucks, Starbucks? there is your answer. This morning was my cheat day as long as Igot something small. An iced coffee $4. And some cents. The first thing I noticed about the brewesta working the drive thru thismorning is her beautiful accent (me being of foreign decent myself you compliment unique qualities). When I got to the windowshe introduced herself as ?Lita? not to be mistaken with ?lisa?. She gave me my drink and with warm regards said it was on her,she took care of my payment. Terrible Starbucks, Sunday 7/10 @ 7 PM we decided to stop by in this store and buy drinks and snacks, I asked the barista to pls... "fix" one of the drinks, the mango refresher needed a bit more fruit cubes, he rudely replied that a few more cubes are an extracharge because he's been a barista for long time and that's the way he always does it. I noticed that it was a waste of timecrossing words with this guy and I asked to talk to the manager. She didnt came out to talk to me but she gave the "worker" theright instructions to fix the drink right away. Although the mgr didnt talk to me as requested she made the right decision, shequickly solve the problem instead of creating another one over a few berrys. I visit normally visit the Starbucks in theKeller/Southlake/Westlake/Grapevine area and this one is by far the worst of all.... I plan to visit this store one more time,maybe that situation was the result of a worker with zero customer service criteria or training...For now listen to the reviews,this Stbks is NOT Recommended at all... This is our favorite Starbucks and we?re here at least once a week. Service is great or terrible depending on who is there. I?m... always vexed by how frequently they put up a sign saying ?Drive Thru Only? when they seem to have adequate staff and the drivethrough isn?t that busy. This is one of the Starbucks with nicer seating and a great ambience so sad that the staff frequentlycloses it. Today we experienced that while we happened to be sitting inside when they put up a sign not allowing others toenter since they were short staffed and the drive through was busy? except they had 4 people there and the drive through wasempty. Oh well. Thankfully there are a number of other nice coffee shops that have opened nearby so we have options. Read more
