The remodel sucks, layout is awkward and they have been making my drink wrong every day since they opened back up and the drive... thru female makes me repeat my order over and over and still got it wrong like wrong size, then no Splenda in it, no vanillaadded, no matter what, lol she can't get it right. I'm really disappointed, not sure if corporate or just this location. I'm a regular at this Starbucks and I order thru the app... almost daily. I understand inflation, but wanting to charge .50 for a double blend is crazy to me. So today I ordered on the appand then called the store, I didn't catch the woman's name but she said confirmed they are charging to double blend, I askedif I could transfer my order to another location she said that wasn't possible, I then asked if I could have it double blendedand she said she guesses she could make a one time exception. Are you kidding me? I spend way more than I should on coffee andI'm going to have to buy my own espresso machine. This is crazy to me. I know I'm one person and it probably doesn't evenmatter to corporate, but I work hard for my money and I'm not going to spend the outrageous prices and pay for a double blendon top of that. It should also be noted that i never get whip cream, i half the syrups with the fraps and they dont takeanything off of my price. I will finish out the rest of the money I have on the app then I'm going to delete it. Read more
