The place was busy and the staff was limited. This I'm sure isn't the establishments fault, no one wants to work anymore. When... the waitress was able to come, it was well over an hour and an half. My grandma was born and raised on Kelly?s Island so I?ve been coming to Kelly?s since I was born. I have many great memories of... going to Kelly?s and eating at The Casino. They used to have to best perch and great service. We sat down at 12:30 and weren?tserved until 1:50 PM. I had to ask the server to pop the baked potato in the microwave because it was rock hard. The grilledwalleye was disgusting! Thank God I brought chips and salsa because that trumped The Casino?s meal ten fold. My husband?s fishsandwich was like rubber. Don?t go here if you are in a hurry! We tried to go for lunch at 12:30, sat down and realized we would not be served anytime... soon, so we left. Came back at 3:30, thinking it would be better, and the crowd was gone, but the service still sucked. Waited15 minutes to be greeted, immediately put in our order, and still waited 40 minutes to get food, which wasn?t even ours!Eventually got great food, but the service sucks. Read more

Came in during a busy Saturday. Needed to wait a while for service. Ordered the "crab nachos", and can not suggest those again.... Chips out of a bag, nacho cheese from a can with imitation crab tossed on top. But....the walleye basket was perfect. Some ofthe beat I've ever had. Go To The Casino for your Kelly's Island Golf Cart Rentals. We Rented a golf cart from here. The bartender Inside The Casino Bar... & Restaurant was extremely nice and helpful. Great customer service. He Knows how to treat customers. He makes you feel like youare welcome and wants you to have a good time and enjoy the island. He even took the time to show us places on the map of theisland to take a walk to see some beautiful places. All amazing but One was absolutely worth the muddy wet walk in just as hesaid! Opening to a beach with calm water and an amazing view. Thank you for including these spots to share with us and a greatgolf cart rental experience. Read more
Wha a joke! They have the odasity to call this food, more like swill. Had the salmon rice and broccoli and clam chowder. The... rice and broccoli were cold and the clam chowder? Don?t even get me started on that. And than on top of that my husband orderedthe burger and fries but I had to remind them of the fries included with the burger.
