My experience was terrible! They said my order of fries will be right out, but no I had to wait 10 minutes for a small thing of... fries!!! This is outrageous. You really need to work on your speed or you will lose a loyal customer. Read more
I just traveled for about 10 days ate McDonald's 4 times. Is it me or are their burgers just tasteless anymore. I have never... eaten a plant based burger but these now taste like what I would imagine they would taste like. Chicken sandwich and breakfastmenu still good though. Super rude brunette full figured lady in her late 30's or early 40's (maybe a shift manager) was exceptionally rude to both the... customers and the staff. For an added bonus, she was on her cell phone by the registers as another employee took our order. Theyounger staff members seemed nice and helpful, but the lobby and bathrooms were filthy. If you hate your job so much, pleasefind another! I know I'm expecting a lot from McDonald's, but I have had super nice employees and locations elsewhere. What a filthy place. Staff was rude and when giving out the food or taking orders, the guy acted like he had better things to do... than help the customers. Before asking, he told me I don't want a receipt and when I said yes I would like one, he saidnothing and the other employee told him I asked for one. He then rolled his eyes and printed out another one. The bathroomswere so filthy that a gas station would probably be cleaner. This use to be a decent stop but not any more. Went in and asked for a large unsweetened ice tea and an ice water. First I was a little surprised to be charged $1.06 for ice... water. I guess everything is going up but after I got my tea at the self-serve I had to wait for them to get the ice water. Ok,not a big deal. After about 10 or 11 minutes I asked if I could get my ice water. The attendant went back and asked for it butcame back without it. A few minutes later she ducks back behind the counter and comes back and said, "they're making it." Therewas no line and only one person waiting for food. Not sure about "making water" but that was a bit ridiculous. The tea was alsobitter, unlike the usual tasty McDonald's tea. Most likely won't go back there. Read more
We had an amazing experience here on July 24, 2022. We came in about 10pm but they were so friendly and helpful. These days it... seems that fast food and restaurants in general have horrible customer service and food, but this McDonald?s was amazing! Codywas great! The whole staff was awesome! Read more

Horrible?first time here I don?t think I will ever be back. Their milkshake machine was broken and there was no signs anywhere... and no one said anything until we asked about it as we ordered one. The gentleman who was placing food on the countertop was soquiet I could barely hear him and he was the one who said o our milkshake machine is broken. And replaced it with somethingelse. I would give it a zero if a could. Bathroom were also nasty. Read more
