Ordered a Mozza mushroom burger and every bite tasted like chlorine. Not sure if they grilled the patty on an oven they forgot... to wipe off after cleaning or what, but it was sickening. Next time I came I ordered just a small root beer. It tasted sowatered down and unsweet it wasn't even good. Far cry from the famous A&W rootbeer they are known for. Staff were unfriendly andeven kind of snappy. Won't be coming here again, lots of better options in the foot court. Read more

I'll give 2 stars because the whistle dog is back. Your employee Landon had zero interest in serving anyone. I don't usually... leave bad reviews but customer service in any form would have been appreciated. Imagine being served by a moss covered rock thenimagine it being worse that that. Read more

I'm not sure when 2 pieces of bacon became 1 piece folded over. When did courtesy get forgotten when dealing with customers ie. ... I'm sorry ma'am but that till is closed. To, I'm not serving that side. Really how is the customer to know which side is open. Read more

I am giving a four out of five just because I think there is room for improvement. I would like to give the employees a benefit... of the doubt. But I came there this morning I felt very rushed to order and I felt that the employees were not very happy. Andit would?ve been nice to get ketchup with my hash brown not sure if that?s some thing I have to always ask for. Anyways I hopethat this is received well and that the employees maybe put on a smile or a little bit nicer and have people not feeling alittle rushed. That would be amazing. Thank you Read more
