The option of having halal food in Kelowna is very limited. This place serves a full halal menu. The food was good but the... quantities and presentation could have been better. We requested the burger be cut in half at the time of ordering and were toldit will be done. Then when serving the same person apologized and said they can not cut it and will provide us a knife (plasticknife). It wasn't a major issue and overall service was not bad. The reason for a low rating would be the taste. I didn't feelit was very flavorful and felt a bit bland. The rice bowl was tasteless and the quantity could have been better. I've had anumber of shawarmas and donairs over the years and for the price they have I was expecting something a lot more promising. Read more

Great Donair! Very delicious! Gave 4 stars because I ordered Mozza sticks and paid and then was told they were out and said I... could get something else. So I opted for Jalapeño poppers. For $8.95 you get 6 poppers and no dip for them. So I went to ordera dip and had to pay for it. I?m thinking for $8.95 they should come with dip, and they are quite bland without. Honestly really liked the fresh falafel. The donair and chicken shawarma were just ok, lacking seasoning and really plain.... Peppers are not authentic at all. Nothing pickled included. Not worth the price for the "plates" in my opinion. I would maybeonly come back for falafel wrap. Read more
