Made an order for pickup and the price for a red curry on the basil leaf website for Kane road was $13.50 and coconut rice was... $2.00. When I went to pick up my order I was informed the actual price was $17.95 for the curry and $2.50 for the rice and therewas no compensation for the mistake. The food is good but the customer service is poor. Read more

Visited on a Wednesday (late afternoon) with only 2 other patrons in the restaurant. Service was friendly and quick however... appetizers were very overcooked and soup was more watered-down than flavourful. Read more

Service was very good, one server handling the whole restaurant. Food I got not so much. Ordered ginger beef, beef was over... cooked and dry, did not have much sauce, steamed rice also seemed fairly dried out, may have just been a bad night when comparedto other reviews. Read more

The server was unkind. She did not greet us, instead just walked up to us an rudely demanded ?vaccine passport?. Then seated us... without a word. I had the laksa soup, and it was good but a little under flavoured. While I was there, we also saw a sick personcome in to order take-out (coughing, lost her voice, could only whisper) She ordered at the counter and was seated at a tablewhile she waited for her food. The server did not wipe the table after the sick person left. Read more
