Went in this morning on my way to work. No one standing at the counter to greet customers the girl was bent down behind the... counter texting on her phone couldn't be bothered to assist with ordering. Finally she realized I was waiting there andproceeded to text on her phone while I attempted to order. Been a long time customer. Graham,Prince, Jaz,Tanvi now. Staff turnover can be a challenge for the business but also offers... great student jobs flexible hours this coffee shop does a good job at managing this. I can only imagine the difficultiesserving people with the amount of choices to purchase and pay with. The outside deck is great place to watch the world goby. -Update Aug 2022 blenz has slowly changed, when it gets close to closing within 2 hrs ,they want out of there,the servicethen drops to a 1 or 2 star level their not interested in anything other than packing up and leaving.No food items frozen,chairs outside packed up and no service and as a customer they make you feel as though u are a inconvenience.???????? Ibelieve it's the owners wife leading this exodus. Moved over to Marmalade Cafe pleasant and stay open till 8pm great cookiesand u can still watch the world go by without feeling a inconvenience to the ownership???????????? Went for coffee this morning, place was semi-busy, but only one staff working, very friendly employee, she made us excellent... cappuccinos. However, there was a sign taped to the glass by the cash register, saying the washrooms were out of order.... Wedid see people going up to ask for the key and they got it, when we needed it, they said it was overflowing and it was out oforder already for more than a week. Is that even allowed and where did the people go with the key? Isn't that a health concern? Read more
Very pleased with customer service, atmosphere, etc. HOWEVER, there is one particular customer that talks very loud to other... customers, sometimes yelling across the room,talks on his cellphone with the speaker on?..very loud. He?s friendly but too loudand annoying and never stops?.. to the point where I do not enjoy being there. And my biggest complaint is that the staff don?twarn him to be quiet. Read more
This place is my favorite for a quick coffee and to relax. I love the snacks and their ?Samosas? are delicious. Staff is... friendly and well dressed, and can be trusted for drink recommendations. They are just awesome. Must Visit place for coffeelovers and Exotic drink. Read more
