Absolutely disappointed I wanted to treat my wife to a burger , do not waste your money, this was the worst burger and poutine... I?ve ever had. The poutine had a large clump of cheese in the middle. 40.00 for 2 bacon cheeseburgers and poutine. The bacon waslike chewing a rubber band. I won?t even comment on the 2 drug users in the bathroom. Easily in the top 5 burger places in Kelowna. Great customization options, fries, curly fries, onion rings, deep fried pickles,... veggie burgers..the list goes on. Only criticism is, always get the Fatburger or bigger. The "Fat Deal" is a noticeablydifferent, lesser quality patty. At least, it seemed that way. I'd rather pay a bit more and get the same quality of burger. Read more

Best burger I've had in years. So big and tall, almost had to do the hunch like in Diner's, Drives and Dives. Tasty and when... added with a frie drink combo( all you can drink) bonus meal. 5 star recomend Read more
I went with my family we ordered 2 veggie burgers that?s was tasteless, fries no taste, smell of bad oil. ordered for Kids combo... with chicken strips were too salty and raw! So disappointed. The shop wasn?t clean at all smell of unwashed mop everywhere. Allthe food was really not good. Read more
There was a little problem, then the Manager 'Hanna' straightened it out with kindness & professionalism. It was my first visit... to this restaurant chain. I had the hand battered Chicken Crisper sandwich... it was absolutely delicious!! Outstanding in fact.Not only would I recommend this Fat Burger... I can't wait to go back!!
