Love the food here but the drinks are horrible. I would not recommend absolutely any smoothy or juice that have.
Inconsiderate staff who spend more time gossiping then preparing your order. When they finally do get around to making your... food, it is not good, and worse than any other Freshii I have ever been to. Would not go here even if I were starving. Read more

I ordered 3 drinks- mangoes, berries and freshii green and was sooo excited because the last drink I had here was phenomenal.... Went back today to brag about how good the drinks were to my friends but was totally disappointed. It took her 15 minutes toprepare the drinks. BEWARE?I was served a rotting Cobb salad. It wasn?t just rotten, literally rotting! Right away I noticed the bad greyish... avocado on top so first removed that. Thought that was forgivable as avocado does that but still should not be served that way.Then as I picked away at the toppings I started to smell the rotting dripping soggy lettuce. It smelled like my compost bin. Andas I uncovered the bottom layers, it looked like it too. It was so rotten that there was liquid dripping out of the slimylettuce in the bottom of the bowl. Please please please be careful eating here. There is no chance that this rotten food wasserved by accident. It could make someone very sick. I?m keeping my fingers crossed for the next 24 hours that I didn?t ingestsomething bad. Do yourself a favour and stay far away or at minimum fully check your food before leaving the store and eatingit. Smell check for sure. Read more
3 of us ordered 3 smokehouse burritos with meat, $45 dollars (taxes in) we got, No sauce, no cheese, no meat!! (I could count... the peices) my husband actually had 3 bits. The food has zero flavor we were so disappointed and a huge waste of money. Do NOTvisit this location- you will overpay for low quality food. We should have just gone to Tims. It was so awful we actually couldnot finish the burritos. I have visited different Freshiis outside of Kelowna and they were awesome so pls no reflection on theothers. The food is good, but really it is the sauce they use that makes it taste good. Its a good alternative to restaurants in the... airport terminal. The dish I ordered was supposed to have black beans but it had green beans instead. Limited seating, and thechairs are the cold metal ones that aren't meant for big people. More small tables are needed to cater to the airporttraveller. Read more
The portion was large. I would prefer smaller portions and lower prices. A good place to get lunch halfway through my bicycle... ride on the rail trail. Read more
