Such a great experience eating at this pizza restaurant. The service was top notch and the pizza was to die for. The pizza and... other delicious types of food, like pasta, wings, and much more that a regular pizza place would not have is really amazing andwould recommend trying these guys out. So the food I ordered for the first time was "Tandoori Paneer and fully loaded Pizza". When I tried the food, It tasted Awesome,... the taste was very appetizing and the look of it was appealing to the eye (looked flavorful). the employes that were workingthere were very nice and caring. This place has a very hard time getting your order right. This is not the first time they have gotten my order wrong and this... time both pizzas were entirely wrong!I called asking them to give re-send me the correct pizzas, the girl argued with me andtold me I was wrong and insisted they had made it right. After arguing with her some more she finally agreed to have new onesdelivered but instead of a 20 minute wait, it would now be 45-60 mins before I got new pizzas. Then ten minutes later she calledme back to remind me again that I was wrong and told me if I wanted new pizzas I would have to pay for them. I was outraged andhave never experienced such poor common sense and poor customer service. The biggest mistake was calling me back to once againtell me I was wrong instead of just making it right because now they have lost my business permanently and gained this horriblereview! Read more

This pizza place is just outstanding in kelowna, pizzas are really delectable and awesome. Moreover, staff is so good, always... treat customers nicely and do their best to satisfy their customers. People must go their to have a great taste of pizza. Read more
Ordered two pizzas, they messed up the toppings on both pizzas and delivered the wrong drink. Called to complain, they said we... could get 20% off the next order. Gave them another chance because they said they had new staff... soon after we made the secondorder with the we-messed-up-your-last-order discount, and they messed up the toppings again. Missed one that I asked for, andadded one I didn't want. Person on the phone was less than helpful. Sad to see a place like this go down hill, it honestly usedto have the best pizza a couple years back, but lately it's been so bad. This all happened the first order back after taking along break from them because we found a whole olive pit in our pizza... by biting down on it.... fun times. Read more
I ordered Buffalo chicken pizza from good brother. I heard alot from my friends about them . I was excited as well hungry that... time . But my experience was worst ????. Its only spicy sauce i did not call them because i already waste my time and money .Just want to say .
