DONT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!!!!- Dont go here or order a food Poor customer services Here?s the reason I was craving for Chinese... food, wanting to go to a different and new for me. Find this restaurant check out the menu seems decent. Ordered. Pick up myorder- for sure recommend that check the food before leave Got home INCOMPLETE items/order. Called back the restaurant. Personanswered didnt even apologize to me or offer something that will feel me valued customer ? come back here and pick up yourrice? I asked for a new whole order and they refused. Wont travel back just to pick up rice only. After 10mins travel-Arrivedchecked food seems rush cooked food not even warm, so decided to have a full refund as i dont feel it was good food anymore andi dont trust the people now as they ruin the food and rush to cook it. We usually order from here. The food was not up to par this time. Chicken fried Rice was tasteless, spring rolls were soggy and... the sesame chicken wasn't crispy. The 2 beef dishes were ok. Will give them another try but if food is the same will startlooking for a new place to order from. No one in Kelowna make good CFR. Read more

Decent food, however, I do find the chow mein soggy and same with some of their meats like sesame chicken. But the flavors are... okay, except the chow mein. I usually get the combo for one and they have lots of choices and a decent price. Overall they arejust okay. If you want much better, I recommend YumYum Tree in Capri mall. Hidden gem that is fast food, combos for one likeManchu Wok. You will most likely have to wait in line but their flavours are amazing. (Except the chow mein as well, go figure.) Read more

I ordered Cantonese Chow Mein and Wonton Soup... The 2 stars are for the Wonton Soup and as far as the so called Cantonese Chow... Mein well...first they weren't even Chow Mein noodles, nor were they crispy...they were soggy Ramen Noodles! If you don't knowhow to make something then Don't put it on your menu!!!!! Been a customer of theirs for years always been fairly good food. Noticed new owners the last couple of visits. Went there for... dinner tonight. They got the order wrong one dish was wrong so, just ate it, no big deal. The quality seems to have gone throughthe floor the rice was inedible, tasted like it had been cooked a couple days ago with a very " old oil" flavor... 2 bites andthat was the end of that. The wait time was an hour where it used to be 15 minutes. The guy running the phone and counter saidit was because it was Friday but there was no line up or anyone waiting when I arrived for the second time to pick up our food.Also, noticed it was not particularly hot either. Last time for us.. couldn't see paying for something that bad.. most of itwent into the garbage not worth 40 bucks for 2- 3 item meals.. Read more

According to my understanding, 10% purchase over 35. My order was $35.07 after tax but on the flyer and website does not... indicate before tax. Down to the food, not great at all. The honey garlic ribs were not honey nor garlic. I also ordered housespecial fried rice and it was not good at all. Customer Service, lack there is.
