We came here because we had a two for one coupon and we really enjoyed it. The pizzas were amazing and unique. The beer is... pretty good as well! It would be nice to have some more non-beer options (I know it?s called the Beer Institute ;) ) for nonbeer drinkers. We got a weird beer Negroni thing - it would have been cool to just get a negroni instead. Read more
Great place to end your day or even afternoon after you are done browsing Culture District, they do have great selection of Beer... and food. Very friendly staf. Dont go by its name go by its taste:) Read more
After taking a tour of the boardwalk and Bernard St, and working up a thirst, we stopped by the Beer Institute to further our... education. Oops, it is not an educational institution. O well, all good cuz their beer offerings are great and the serviceequally as good. We liked our bar tender, why, he was personable but more importantly when asked about his new tattoo (dog pawprints), he explained he had recently lost his dog. Aww ????. As pet owners, dogs and cats, we know how hard that is too loseyour loved one. Bottom line, we felt quite at home and enjoyed our time here. Read more

Outdoor patio with some tables in shade (May 2022). Close to, but not in view of, the lakefront. The music from the loudspeakers... was blaring but was turned down when requested. Good selection of beers. I hope the good dog policy that's posted is enforced. Read more
OMG the pizza is exceptional. Great spot to spend a sunny day on their patio and chow down some fine pizza and great rotation... of beers. We have not yet tried the other menu items, but will certainly be back in the future as we only live a 5 minute walkaway. Read more
Not only the beer and food are exceptional, my friend also said they found the environment here very fun! They have a bunch of... board games you can play, who?s down for patio games?? By the way the three little pig pizza and cheese curds are must try! Read more
Travelled to Kelowna for a work trip and stopped at the Kelowna Beer Institute with a co-worker after work for a drink and some... food. Server was very friendly and the beer, pizza and fries that we had were excellent! Read more
