Should have read the reveiws before choosing to buy the 3 peice meal here. I've been eating KFC for 55 years and never had such... bad KFC food. Barely any original spice on the chicken. The chicken tasted like it had been infused with water. The corn sidedish was horrible. I get a craving for KFC once in a while but whatever you do, don't get it here. Read more
We visited around 4 times and the customer service here is horrible. We ordered 4 pieces and we got the smallest pieces ever.... When i asked about this to the staff they were mean and arrogant. Some guy from the kitchen came outside and was arguing withus. We will never go back to this place. If there was an option to rate them below one star, I should have done that. Ordered a single 3 piece chicken, fries and gravy. Took over half an hour to receive and we still didn?t even get the gravy.... Stood there and watched as handfuls of people (many of whom ordered after us) received their food but couldn?t get a straightanswer as to why we had to wait 30+ min for 3 chicken strips and fries? Was told they were all frozen and needing cooking? at1pm in a Saturday lunch rush? And it takes 30+ min to cook chicken strips? Employees didn?t seem to care much in the kitchen tomove faster than turtle speed which probably didn?t help. I?ve never left a bad review like this, but it was very disappointing. Read more
i work in the mall and visited this location in my short 30 mins break. and had the worst possible experience. i have no clue... what was there in their zinger sandwich But it had an odor which almost made me puke . i guess it was oil the patty was fried inwhich was being used from last year or just the opposite of fresh lettuce. the staff at this kfc location is extremely horrible. me and a friend had trouble understanding the employee due to masks, a... glass barrier as well as a language barrier and when we asked her to repeat herself she became very rude to the point where Ifelt degraded as a human being. after our food was finally ready and the incident was over with she reintroduced a new argumentand continued to make me feel insecure about myself. I've honestly never felt so disrespected by a customer servicerepresentative in my life. after this was finally over with and I received my food it was the worst chicken i have ever had.there was no seasoning and the only thing i could taste was grease. i will never be returning to kfc and i recommend nobody elsedoes As well. The branch at Orchards Park Mall in Kelowna is the worst. I rarely write online reviews, but I felt I had to put this one out.... I've been eating KFC for almost 30 years, but I never had such a bad experience. Food tastes bad. Prices are higher than otherbranches. And they won't honor their own offers unless they are printed on paper! Staff weren't so friendly either! Definatelywon't go back to that branch again! Read more
