ROTTEN FOOD! Absolutely disgusting. I was served a breakfast bagel with rotten (yellow slime) lettuce. Spoke to Manager Margaret... who was extremely rude and told me that its completely normal and has no problem serving it like that. They then short changed me on the refund. McDonald's got a sad rating as they're service was really sad!???? Thinking going in would be quicker, were we ever wrong. Only... 1 person ahead of us & someone waiting on the sides; I ordered a Big Mac combo with a coffee. Well I got my food first & it wasmeant for take out, not dine in & that was eaten on the side & I was still in line for my coffee. Then the old man in the cornerpeeps up & says,"I haven't got my coffee either and I've been waiting for a while!". And then there was the both of us standingand waiting for our coffee and that seemed to be such a hard task for the staff to even get going and never mind whatever washappening with the drive-thru if we went through that we would never have gotten through! ???? Its not actually open for dining. Google should update this. The app won't let you order for someone else. No one on site.... Absolutely Terrible location. Save yourself the time and energy. Go elsewhere. Read more

If I could have possibly given a zero I would?ve given a zero. They may be short staffed but when you order pancakes and you get... two butters and NO syrup. They?re sort of useless and I had already driven away when I called the lady who answers the phonesaying that there was no way?.and that I got the syrup!!! that the girl who prepared order told her I got the syrup. She wassure of it. Really?!?! I?m sure I wouldn?t be wasting all my time trying to phone the store which after I talk to her she hungup on me stating I had the syrup! She hung up and she would not answer the phone at all after that. I don?t know how thebusiness was getting run. Horrible horrible experience. Ignorant staff member. Read more

We ordered 4 meal for a quick dinner before heading back to our hotel. Once we got our order we realized that two of them were... pretty cold so we called the store to get it replaced or get a refund. When I got back to the store the manager was more thanwilling to replace the meals right away. They made sure to make the meals fresh and the problem was resolved. We usually stayat hotels close by this McDonald?s so we like going here every now and then during our vacation. It?s nice that we can stillrely on good customer service despite their clear understaffed situation. My advice to other people when getting cold or wrongorder, be patient and be kind. You?ll easily get replacements or get your refunds but just don?t be rude about it. Read more

Ordered ice cream cones on the app for in store pick up. When we got to the door a sign said lobby closed and the door was... locked. After waiting and knocking an employee came out to drop food off for a car waiting curbside. We explained to thatemployee that we ordered online and that we need to get in to pick up the food. He asked us to wait outside and he will informthe manager. After waiting another ten minutes with no communication, I called the store to explain our situation. The person onthe phone was rude and said she knows about the order and they are working on it. She then hung up on me. Waiting another fiveminutes, the door opens and an employee brought us part of our order. I stated that we are missing a caramel sundae. Thisemployees yelled back at us that she only has two hands. This employee had crew manager on her name tag. She was the same personon the phone. Unexplicably rude and clearly hated her job from what I could tell just based on her demeanor and attitude. Nocustomer service skills at all. Maybe the other employees at this McDonald's are better at customer service but this crewmanager should not be working in anyjob that requires customer service skills. Read more

Rarely leave this location fully happy. Even when they get to order 100% I have to waste time and energy checking it before I... leave the window because they mess it up often enough that I can?t trust them. Is it hard to put 1 extra butter in the bag withthe hotcakes? Apparently. But I did get an extra syrup that I?ll be throwing out. Read more
