I don?t usually write reviews, but it was such a bad experience that I?m leaving this review. DON?T ORDER from them if you have... allergies. I confirmed three times that the menu I ordered are gluten free and fried in a seperate fryer. They said yes for allthree times, but I got sick the night that I had their food and felt terrible the following day. It was very obvious that I wassick from gluten, so I called them and told them that I got sick from their food. I asked for a refund and they kept saying?It?s not about the money, you need to go see a doctor.? They just repeated ?money is not important and it is all about yourhealth? in a very aggresive tone. If they REALLY cared about my health, the very minimum thing they can do is saying sorry.There was no apologies whatsoever. I had to hang up because the conversation didn?t go anywhere and it was such a waste of mytime, and they left a message that they can give me a refund ONLY IF I bring a doctor?s note and the receipt. So in the end, itwas not because they care about my health, it was because they don?t trust that I got sick from their incompetence anddishonesty. I can?t describe how dissapointed I am. Read more
Mekong is one of my absolute favourite Chinese restaurants. The best part is? Almost everything on the menu can be gluten free!... If you have celiac or gluten intolerance, it's a great place to be. The people are always so lovely, and the food is sodelicious. I have been going here for years, and I have not once gotten sick due to cross contamination. The owners are also sonice. All around just always a great experience. Read more
I was there recently and the price was decent for the amount and quality of food that was given. I was happy with the service... and the menu was traditional authentic Chinese food while there were also aspects that the owner's added to give it a moderntwist. Read more

I ordered dinner for the family tonight from this place for the first time. The order arrived as promised "an hour or so" from... when I ordered. The order arrived and the container of rice was missing. It wasn't a huge deal, my wife cooked up some rice inthe rice cooker and we enjoyed an average meal. I decided to call the restaurant back to notify them that we didn't get our riceand I was shocked. At first I was questioned about what I meant by not getting rice. Then I was on hold for about 5 minuteswhile they talked to the kitchen. And then I was told that we received 2 bags and there was a rice container in one of them. Andthen they told me it was my sons fault because he took one of the bags from the delivery driver. And then they told me theydidn't know who to believe, because the cook said he put rice in the bag. I then told them I was just calling to notify them andan apology would have sufficed. And then they changed their tone to apologizing.
