Food was cold, they served other people their food while mine got cold. When I mentioned it they scolded me to say they serve as... the order came in. One bite out of my hotdog and it was cold. Fries were the wrong order. Bad service, bad food. Read more

It is the best place ever I have seen in my life for fries. The veg poutine and veg fries are taste so good . I love it

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger poutine and not impressed. Very little toppings and not enough cheese sauce, maybe covered 1/3 of... top of poutine. Fries not hot enough to melt curds at all. Read more

Horrible. Bought 2 pulled pork poutines and it took 20 minutes to receive my meals. The fries were cold and limp, tasteless pork... and the cheese wasn?t melted by the gravy. We had to throw it out after one bite being afraid there could be more issues withthe quality. There were 4 people behind the counter - one cashier, one person playing on their phone and 2 cooks. Service waspoor by not being greeted properly when walking up to order and they forgot to give me both poutines! I had to remind them afterI paid and 20 minutes later, that I ordered 2 poutines! For nearly $20, what a rip off, just expensive garbage. It definitelyhas changed. Maybe new management? Or maybe I just don?t eat at the mall enough to know what is supposed to be good!
