Very delicious calamari... The portions were generous. They made the food fast. The prices were decent.

The two working after 3pm on April 9th were not friendly. Hardly cared to speak to customer and were conversing in their... language the entire time customers were being served. I got calamari, it was not even "alright" it was mostly bits of fried something. Although I love the tentacles, that's all there was in there. I mean there was absolutely not once piece of the restof the squid. What I did get was very dry and not tasty at all, and most of it was not even a distinguishable as squid. Ithink I paid so much money for fried flour. I think the fries were re-heated in microwave. This is so frustrating, especiallywhen when you pay so much for what was essentially garbage. First experience at this OPA, last experience at this location. Sovery disappointed by the staff and food. **edit** went from 1 star to 4 just like that. I went in today and ordered the exactsame thing as before. Tastes better. The girl running the front was amazing; she was taking orders, making them, and reallytaking care of business. Absolutely incredibly fresh! The Staff are exceptionally friendly, put care and pride into their food. It tasted like it... seriously came fresh from the Garden and into my dish. Very very disappointed We ordered two calamari meals with a side of pita bread. The calamari came luke warm and tasted like it... had sat out for a long time. When we complained to the one doing the orders her response was "sorry I must of cooked it toolong" No offer to replace with a fresh hot meal. Even if it had been cooked too long you would think it would be hot. Not! Itmight have just been better to burn the $29 dollars on ice cream. This place use to be 5 stars. However I've had bad experiences the last few times. Most recently I walked up to the counter and... the cashier was smiling and laughing on the phone in a foreign language which is an indication it wasnt about business, makingme wait for a personal phone call for longer than what i normally care for. I then ordered, and tried asking for fountain waterwith my meal. She tried charging me for a fountain drink and I saw this on the register and brought it up. They almost neverhave lamb ready, but I asked for a lamb wrap. The two ladies talked amongst themselves after we finished the transaction andsaid to each other they don't have lamb and gave me chicken instead without telling me directly and still charging me extra forthe lamb I never got.
