The portion of chicken satay was very small, like 2 and a half pieces of chicken and not even served in a stick though it tasted... ok. The menu states that for the tom yum soup, there’s a choice of shrimp or chicken. We’ve never have a tom yum soupwithout shrimps, so of course, we chose shrimps. When we checked the bill, we found that they charged us an extra $2 for theshrimps. When we asked the server, she said because we chose shrimp as a “substitute” for the chicken!!! The portion sizes are embarrassingly small. The main dishes were decent at best. The spring rolls were the worst I've ever had... in my life. It was like they were frozen and then microwaved. This is the best Thai food I’ve had in years. We ate here three times during our week stay this summer because we couldn’t... get enough. Their foods were so satisfied to me! Since I moved to Vancouver a couple months ago. I didn't had a chance to have Thai foods... yet. I came to visit my friend here who also loves Thai food so I decided to choose the restaurant from the rating. The firstone I called wasn't Thai people answered and pretty long wait for the foods so no. Then I called this restaurant, you can'timagine how happy I was that moment that Thai people answered the phone meant something yummy for me.. hehehe. She was reallynice and polite and their menus made me can't stop ordering.. lol. When I went to pick up foods, she greeted me with a beautifulsmile even behind that mask but I can tell and polite voice, I loved that. I made the best decision than ever to order fromthem. Plus I found some Thai ingredients, snacks and drinks there so how can I missed it, so happy. She was so kind to help mecarried everything to my car because I have babies with me, thank you so much again. Their foods were delicious, I can't stopeating. This is a lovely family run restaurant. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and the food is delicious.
