Awful pizza place! Ordered at 4:30 on a Sunday night and received one entirely missing pizza, one burnt pizza and a manager who... refused to deliver or prioritize our families order. He said every order he gets will go on top of ours so if we didn?t pick itup we wouldn?t receive our two pizzas - all was offered was $15 refund. The manager did not care at all! I'd give this place a zero nothing but terrible customer service. when they screw up. They don't wanna own up to anything or... offer you a discount or free pizza etc. Also love paying for dips they forget. Need to also mention there minimun deliverycharge so you can't redeem a cheap pizza when get the chance and there very expensive delivery charge. worst pizza hut in town. they said order was ready for 6:32 i waited an HOUR for cold pizza!! i watched ordered come in and... people come pick them up. the best part is i still had to pay full price. never going here again and i recommend no one evergoes here. terrible. Read more
I kept getting a glitch from the website and it kept saying the order was for pick up instead of delivery. I prepaid my order... and needed to cancel going to the location wasn't an option. I needed to cancel my order and get a refund they told me storecredit and I need to be there in person for the refund, not am option. I will never be going here again. Worst pizza and company. Ordered a pizza and it was mangled. Sent a message to pizza hut and the only response I received was... asking if anyone responded to my concerns, what a joke. Ordered from doordash last night at 5:15pm. Saw the driver go up and down for 45 minutes. I am a block away. Recieved medium... pepperoni pineapple pizza and 14 wings, it came to $62. What I thought was cheese, was raw dough from tip to near base of crust,only part cooked was crust and top. The meal was barely warm and wings dome crushed. Doordash is refunding me $52 in a few days,I got $5 credit. They said this happens during batch deliveries. I called pizza hut, which is a call center so you wait to bedirected to store. The store did apologize giving me pizza and more wings. After eating raw pizza, by time I got new one it was7pm, I wasn't hungry. How do you eat more if you are raw dough? The dough on the chicken pizza was almost completely raw, and the cheese pizza hardly had any sauce. The boneless chicken wings... were alright. Not worth the money, very underwhelming. Read more
Do not order from here, I placed an order through skip for a medium cheese pizza and large breadsticks with cheese. I bite into... one of the bread sticks and I have to pull out one of the workers LONG BLACK HAIR out of my mouth. And when I called to notifythem all she could offer was a ?new box of breadsticks?. Why would someone want a new box when you can?t even make the first onecorrectly ? No hygienic practices clearly go on here. Just order from a different pizza place....... Read more
