Selection of delicious ready-made meals that you bake from frozen. Also sells pâté, chickpea tempeh, brownies and cookies.... Little or no oil is used. Sweetness only from coconut sugar or maple syrup. Toona casserole, lasagna, lentil loaf, butternutsquash cannelloni, yam-bean burger with local dark beer barbecue sauce and more. I purchased several products because we were having vegans over for dinner. My husband and I are not vegans but we have dairy... allergies so vegan is a safe bet.
