I am newly diagnosed with an intolerance to Gluten. The server was very informative and it was no problem to order the Black and... Blue burger with grilled chicken instead of beef. I ordered it lettuce wrapped but there is a GF bun option. The burger was fullof flavour and lots of lettuce wrapping it. Definitely my new favorite! Our server was very friendly as was the manager whostopped by to help clear plates and check in with our table. The rest of the family all enjoyed their meals and the drinks camefast. The prices were really reasonable and bottomless sides is hard to beat. Restaurant is newly renovated and really clean. Will be back soon. Read more

I am visiting from out of the country and when my family here suggested Red Robin I was skeptical as the one back home is very... dark and old. I was SHOCKED when I walked into such a bright, clean, fun, fresh and new restaurant! From the second we walkedin we were greeted with smiles! We were seated immediately and our drinks came fast! I can?t believe how affordable they areeither! The Towering Onion Ring starter was to die for. My Steakhouse burger was cooked perfect and I really enjoyed the steakcut fries. Can?t beat bottomless sides either and I loved that I was able to mix and match and try the Caesar salad too. HiddenGem Alert: You MUST a order the donuts for dessert. OMG!!!! Delicious! Thank you all for such a great experience! Read more

The location is recently renovated. The fish and chips were good, nicely breaded with batter that wasn't thick and starchy.... Appreciated the choice to switch to a salad if we didn't want fries as the side, and have it be bottomless as well. The waitstaff were constantly checking in with our table. Overall, Red Robin is a good place to go for casual dining and your mealcounts towards your rewards if you're registered. Read more

We've gone here a couple times the last time was after some recent renovations which by the way totally don't seem to go with... the brand and are not very appealing. Anyways the focus of my review is mainly encompassing on the last experience where thewaitress was reasonably good / average but the food took a while to the point where we could tell that one plate of food hadbeen under the heat lamp. I had ordered a scorpion Burger only to find that the burger was partially Raw. I'm not an expert inthe matter and often I eat some pretty questionable stuff but i totally showed the waitress who you could tell from her reactioncertainly agreed that wasn't cooked. I said I had lost my appetite, mainly from waiting for so long, but she returned and saidthat they can make a new one right away and she was told it would literally take one minute. I know chef Ramsay but one minuteseem to be advantageous but for some reason I still agreed. After about 10 minutes my new burger arrived and it was burnt Beyondany reasonable point. Again the waitress agreed. I hate to admit that I eat out so often but this is certainly I think the onlytime I've ever returned food because I don't like wasting meat. The other disappointing fact was my wife's main course wasmissing the key ingredient of bacon. So the waitress consulted the shift manager who offered a $2 or $4 refund which was thevalue of the making itself. It's disappointing to see that they don't acknowledge that the entree was essentially not what theperson ordered and perhaps the intended experience was worthy of more than the technical value. Anyways since I know the ownerswill read this I do recommend that you train your staff and have some which have a better perspective of service and customersatisfaction as well has better quality Cooks. There's little to defend since this restaurant wasn't overly busy and it's anyservices providers responsibility to determine their threshold of capabilities and liabilities Read more

Reliable place for burgers with pretty friendly service. The bottomless fries are always a good thing but if you want to go... healthy, you can go for the non-stop steamed broccoli. A bit noisy but that's expected for a place like this. Read more

Food is old and cold. Hostess at front ignored my daughter trying to give our name for lunch. Really rude. After 45 minute... wait for food in Kelowna, the fries were inedible. Food was old and cold. Overcooked, brown and cold. Burger was lukewarm.Macaroni and cheese was soupy, barely any noodles and not appetizing. Restaurant dirty and dated. Alot of dust and crumbsbehind the seats at eye height. Floor was covered in large crumbs. Table pulled away from wall, looks filthy. Not impressed. This is not the Red Robin I remember. Not worth the money, poor experience all round. Read more

So we just had dinner here and it was great. I am a chef in Osoyoos. The food was great, atmosphere was fun, and Kassie was an... amazing server. She was classy knew what she was doing and recommended the Scorpion Burger. It was awesome. I?d steal her forour restaurant if we knew we could. Read more
