Just picked up Satang for dinner and we were really impressed! Really amazing flavors and fantastic quality. Our only complaint... was they don't have sticky rice on the menu, but the coconut rice made up for it. Highly recommend and wil definitely be back! Read more
I hate that I?m having to do this.. but I am so disappointed. Wish I took a picture. Bean sprouts just sitting on top on the pad... Thai, shrimp tasted off.. nooo flavour and super lacking sauce? two bites and sadly that was all I could do. I went here acouple years ago and it was an amazing pad Thai.. not sure what changed, likely wouldn?t try it again and wouldn?t recommend.$19 down the garbage. Read more
Satang is a local favourite! Delicious Thai cuisine that delivers every time. On this occasion, we did take out. The turn around... time was efficient and food quality met expectations. Try the cashew chicken or red curry with beef, it?s fantastic. Dine inexperience has been positive in the past. It?s a regular stop for us! Read more
This Thai restaurant has a laid back atmosphere. The food came out quickly and was delicious. Don't expect try flavours to be... exuberant and authentic. This is a westernised Thai place, but it fits the bill, satisfies the pallet and fills up the bellymore than enough. Read more
We ordered this takeout meal. It was fantastic! When I arrived to pick it up there were people waiting and every table was... packed (730pm on a Saturday). The Cashew Chicken was delicious and the Pad Thai was amazing. Read more
We took our boys (3&5) here for a late lunch. Service was amazing, considering we never expect special treatment for the kids... and didn't ask for any. Our server suggested dishes they would like, brought out two Winnie-the-pooh kids' plates for them tosplit the dish (portions are generous), and the cook cooked the veggies a bit longer so they were softer to eat (but still sofresh and tasty!). Very thoughtful gestures. They also swapped the sauce for the chicken wings so it was not as spicy (althoughwe all ended up sharing them and not using the sauce). Food came very quickly, which was appreciated since we were all superhungry, and everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. If we weren't from out of town, we'd be back for sure, but so glad to havefound this little gem! Read more
Awesome, Authentic Thai Food! We had the Tom Kha prawns, soup was sour & slightly spicy which was perfect for me. I had the Kao... Soi with chicken & noodle - oh boy? what a kick of spice? the good kind. We had the Thai Sukiyaki with glass noodles, the soupwas good tasting. The chilli paste that goes with that is so good, I believe they mixed the chilli themselves. We also orderedthe Pad Thai & Pad See Ew. The noodles they used are the thin kind? the ?wok hei? to the noodles was so good. The fragrant & thetaste of the noodles with its ingredients was delicious? a throughly enjoyable meal. Very sad pad Thai. It was lacking flavor. So dry too. I'm so disappointed in my first time ordering from this restaurant.
