The store was physically locked by 4pm, with a closing time of 7pm. The door said to pull in via drive-thru, or order ahead on... the app. Unable to order through app as order-ahead was turned off. So, only drive through was available. Wouldn't serve me atthe window as I was on foot on the way home after work. Manager/on-duty lead (?) wouldn't even make eye contact to tell me shecouldn't serve me. I assume the work culture isn't great here, hence the shortened hours and lack of staff. Read more
