Two brown sugar oat Americano's that were very hot, and they put sleeves and stoppers without having to be asked.
I asked for a large coffee.. lol the guy was pretty good about it, but I did warn him first.
I have been coming to this Starbucks location many times. Recently, the quality of service has gone downhill. I ordered drinks... in the past two days and they messed up both of my orders. One of orders didn't come with foam but I ordered a coffee withfoam. The barista remade the drink for me, but it was the wrong drink, and I didn't realize until I got home. On the next day,I ordered a coffee with no ice, but the coffee came with some ice. So, I went back to store and asked about it, the blonde girlwith ponytail and glasses said that they couldn't make the coffee with no ice. I am curious as to why I could choose that optionin the Starbucks app if they couldn't make it without ice? For the record, I had ordered the same drink with no ice in manyother Starbucks locations and they came out perfectly fine. The cashier told me that maybe the staff in the other locations werenewer and therefore didn't know that they couldn't make the coffee without ice. As a loyal customer, I won't be coming backafter these disappointments. I don't feel like I'm treated honestly due to the fact that they just could not admit that theymade a mistake and provided a lousy excuse for me. Had an Uber eats driver not grab one of my drinks, when I attempted to contact him about it he told me it wasn't his problem and... hung up on me (rude!). When I called the Starbucks directly they were so apologetic and kind, I told them I would come pick itup, they remade my order when I came in and gave me a gift card for the cost of the drink even though it wasn't theirfault/issue! Incredible customer service and delicious "coffee". I only order flavoured lattes when I go so, I think of it more like a treat... than an actual coffee. It's so refreshing to go through the drive through and deal with people who seem genuinely happy withtheir jobs! Read more
Does this look like cold foam? No. This is just one example of things this Starbucks location misses. I just live up the hill... and come here often. They always put ice in my no ice drinks and the second I get my drinks my cold foam has disappeared (whichusually lasts like an hour from other locations). I am disappointed and hope that they are able to help train their staff a bitmore so these things aren?t missed so easily. Read more
Great starbucks right across the street from the Airport. The staff are welcoming and very knowledgable, and the quality of... service never ceases despite the morning rushes they tent to get. All in all, an excellent choice whether you are staying for acouple hours, or heading off to your next adventure. Read more
Easiest way to get a coffee and snack before or after a flight. It's never too busy and the bathrooms are clean.
