First time going to this location and it had the worst customer service I have ever received. In the drive thru, the employee... was incredibly rude and continuously snapped at me, at one point he called me incompetent after I assume he forgot to mute themic. Halfway through dining, my friends and I found spit and hair combined with the toppings. Worst experience I?ve ever had ata Subway. Read more

Super rude staff. Bread is old and stale. Super cheep with toppings if u ask for a bit more they charge you.

I was in store made my order and they forgot to add the avocado for the new turkey avocado smash so I reminded the girl she put... a huge scoop and barely spread it out. When I mentioned I wouldn't be able to eat it the way it was made/being presented to meshe started speaking in a different language than I could understand to another woman behind the counter, who rolled her eyesand looked at me and stated she will remake it. I've been buying from this subway since they opened. In the last year they have been very cheap with the toppings. Almost no... cheese and 4 spinach leaves. Plus I paid for 4 cookies and got 3.5! I don't think I'll eat here anymore. The staff is nice but Ithink the owners are making them cheap out on the toppings. Read more

Ordered lunch today..young guy did his best to begin my order....next worker..a lady who prepares & finishes your order had Zero... customer service ability...acted as if I was an interruption to her day...did Not listen to the young guy and half listened tomy order..tossed my toppings carelessly and still managed to screw up my order. I would've spoken up at the time but the storewas busy and I didn't want to hold up anyone's lunch break. I paid for items & did not receive them. I will Never go back tothis Subway again & feel bad for the new employee working there. Read more

Well... mixed feelings... The food was great and the 2 young ladies behind the counter were very nice. But... I was very taken... back and upset when they asked my family and I to leave at.... ready?.... 6 pm!!! Yes . 6pm! The sign on the door said Sundayopen until 10 pm. My family and I went inside at 5:45 pm and ordered our food and just sat down at the table at 5:55 pm to eatwhen the young lady came over and informed us we had to leave because she was closing the restaurant at 6 pm.... no reason orexplanation given!!! I was not impressed. We ended up having to eat our subs in the car which is a messy affair on the best ofdays AND our main reason for going INSIDE the restaurant to eat our food!!! The reviews here are very accurate. Worst owner of a Subway franchise found here. Ordered a sandwich through the subway app and... paid. Upon arrival I was told they never received my. I understand technical issues happen. However, when I showed proof of myorder and payment the owner refused to make the sandwich. I wasted my entire lunch time because of this jerk and never got myfood. Then I had to go through a convuluted process to get a refund. Needless to say I will never be going back to thislocation. Additionally, they almost force you to leave a tip. How about you pay your workers! Read more
