Service was as fast as they could go given only two were working. They were very courteous and the sandwich was consistent for... Subway. I was disappointed in the food handling practices. Gloves were never changed in over 20 sandwiches I watched get madein the long line and the person adding the veggies and sauces was also working the register in the same gloves, handling cardsand helping with the card machine and then going right back to the veggies to put it on the next sandwich. She was very nicewhen I asked her to put a new set of gloves on but especially in an international airport, this was disappointing andinconsistent with other subways I go to. Consider training on proper hand washing, glove use, money handling and prevention ofdiarrheal diseases in the condiments. Read more

While the young man who made my food was polite, the woman at the cash appeared to intentionally give people one cookie instead... of two with their combos. It happened to me and two others while I was in line, after she was corrected by anothercustomer. It's hard to believe this was not intentional from the franchise owner. On Wednesday night our flight out Kelowna was delayed by several hours. Westjet gave us meal vouchers and since White Spot was... full and Tim Hortons was closed, this Subway location got extremely busy very fast. I didn't get his name but the very youngman working there did an incredible job. With customers lined up half way through the gate area, he kept calm and did amazingjob keeping the line moving. When the line-up was down to a few, help did arrive but by that time it was almost over. Kudos tothis great young man. Hope you got to keep the tips that we left for you!!!
