Summerhill has always been a favorite of ours. normally great and attentive service. This time around not so much. We waited... around to be acknowledged to inquire about lunch only to be told that the restaurant was closed that day. We wandered about thegrounds for a bit. Sad as this is one of the few winery's that make vegan wine. The grounds and statues are looking tired andin need of an upgrade. The take out place is an unwelcome addition. A great first winery of our 2022 visit. You can not go wrong with this winery. Definitely will not be disappointed with a... stay, I love the new outdoor wine tasting area. Big bonus is non cost tasting. But to be fair I have never not picked up abottle of wine from this place. Staff are always welcoming and not snobby. We did not do the food this trip but it has aamazing view and a good selection. Definitely a top 5 and a must hit for your trip. Read more

Went there for lunch. Menu rather limited but food is not too bad. The risotto is good. Price wise generally quite reasonable... though the duck is a tad expensive at 30 bucks. Sister said duck was a little gamey but I personally found it OK. Read more

Very friendly and helpful servers throughout our entire experience. Found some very delicious wines especially the Organic Syrah... Malbec Rose which was remarkably Dark Cherry. Excellent views from the large patios. Read more

One year ago today my husband & I had our elopement at Summerhill Pyramid Winery. Not only is Summerhill one of the most... beautiful venues for a wedding…but the staff was absolutely unreal at taking care of us and making sure our elopement wasperfect! Nicole was so kind and helpful right from the first email, made it easy to postpone due to covid restrictions, calmedour nerves about the weather forecast, rolled with it when we were an hour late for our ceremony, helped me before walking downthe aisle, helped with our sabrage and even accommodating us with a late bistro seating! Our wedding was more than we evenhoped for and it may not have been if it wasn’t for Nicole & the other staff! From the bottom of our hearts….thankyou! Also, the bistro staff were amazing! So kind and helpful and even held our food so we could sneak away from the table fora few more pics between ordering and eating! The food was absolutely incredible and the dessert was a wonderful and delicioussurprise! So again….thank you to Nicole and everyone at Summerhill who made our day so perfect!! Came for wine tasting and brought our two well-behaved pups. Dogs are allowed pretty much everywhere which is wonderful! Be... mindful that there may be other dogs inside and LOTS of people. Service was a tad slow for tasting but it was the long weekendand the staff were wonderful. People inside were very nice about asking to pet our dogs or take photos! Amazing service everyone was so friendly and helpful, my mom is in a wheelchair and has Huntington's and they were very... accommodating. Food was phenomenal fresh and flavorful!!! The wine is next level y'all!! The winery is a site to see and I can'twait to return for tastings and more food this summer!! Last weekend I tried for the first time their Bistro and I've been positively impressed with the food. The "Garden" board was... excellent and the pizza too: the dough was thin, crunchy and light (I'm Italian, I'm picky when it comes to pizza doughs ????).The wine selection is good, I personally had a glass of their organic Syrah and i really liked it.
