Always love this place and their bowls. Today I bought a kids quesadilla. Dry, a very thin bit of cheese and a few pieces of... chicken. Terrible. It was cooked so much that it was like a cracker. Not edible. For 6 bucks. A complete rip off. Read more
If I could give a 0 star review I would. Tonight I ordered a bold buffalo wrap- made vegetarian with tofu. The wrap originally... is made with meat (bacon and choice of protein) and I specifically told the cashier that I wanted it to be made without meatbecause I am vegetarian. I asked to add tofu to the wrap and we discussed the other vegetarian options. When I got home Istarted to eat it to discover there was bacon in the wrap and that I had eaten some of it. I am absolutely horrified. This wasthe first time I had eaten meat in years and I am disgusted. I called to tell the store about my experience and the cashier whohad taken my order said she understood how I felt because she is vegan. How could this have happened on her watch if she wasvegan herself? It is not very hard to exclude meat from a vegetarian order. This experience was awful and the staff did not seemto take my issue seriously. I will never go back and I highly do not recommend a business that can not respect dietarypreferences. 0 stars. WORST experience I've ever had in an establishment that is supposed to be quick. Waited in line for 10 minuets before ordering... because they didn't know how to process gift cards. We ordered and waited patiently even after they skipped our order andserved people that ordered after us, twice. Once they finally got to our order, 25 minuets later, they said they didn't haveanymore soup, unless I wanted burnt soup! So we waited 25 minuets, were skipped multiple times and we didn't even get ourfood. To top it all off there were people arguing in the store and yelling. We will NEVER be back. Read more
