Customer service at this location is top notch. When I used to come in every morning, the lady would remember my order and get... started on it before I even ordered, so it was ready by the time I got up to the cash register. They were always so friendly andhelpful!! Read more
worst worst worssttt ?!!!!!! I had really bad experience at this location the I ordered plain croissant toasted with butter they... charged me first for that and after they just simply denied with the explanation that we can?t toast it it will get burnt ,????but I have it everyday the person who ever is working here I asked that lady just to refund my money back on my card as did thepayment but here again she is denying for the refund on my card just by saying we don?t it here and she is giving me back changein coins that is strange though. I came to this store early this morning. There was not a single person in the store besides me and the three workers. They all... saw me standing waiting to order and not a single one acknowledged me or even smiled. I stood there for about 5 min while theyserved drive thru customers until I finally asked if there was anyone working till as well. One of the girls looked up and did afew more orders before she reluctantly came over. She filled my order wrong twice after this. Well this review has been coming for a long time, if I could have given them a 0 out of 5 stars I would have. This Tim Hortons... drive through location consistently gets my orders wrong , and now the new thing is ?pull around to the front of the store? eventhough there?s no one else in the drive through. We get half the order and wait 10 more minutes to get three London Fogs, ladycomes out with the drinks and we leave. Drinks are very hot and as usual have no sleeves, we weren?t about to ask for sleeves atthis point as we could be waiting 10 more minutes. We arrive at our destination and go to take a drink and find out all thedrinks are lattes instead of London fogs. Now I get people make mistakes but this has been a pretty consistent thing for anumber of months. For the amount of money people spend and the cost of your products get it right for once !! Read more
