This one is the most convenient location for me for a daily stop. But it's horrendous. 1.5 yrs I've been giving it a shot... regularly and the slow service, wrong orders never stops. Honestly, worlds slowest drive thru. And my drink is wrong so often Ihave to check before I can drive away. Cream upsets my stomach so I order my tea with milk and it's cream more often thannot. They used to be open until 10pm, then it was earlier and earlier and earlier, couldn't track it. Now they seem to beclosed shortly after lunch. It's utterly ridiculous. I prefer to go out of my way by an extra 10 minutes (round trip) to go tothe one on Hollywood and 33rd. Read more
Excellent service. The drive thru could be set up in a safer manner to avoid traffic conflicts but otherwise the staff are very... friendly. Read more
Trash location. Never help customers inside the restaurant. Even when there?s no drive thru line up. They just stand there... uselessly. Drinks always taste off. The owner needs to be cut from the franchise is this is how they are going to treat thename. Read more
The place was very clean and the furniture was in excellent condition. The team member who took my order, Harjot, was... exceptionally friendly and cheerful and polite and provided excellent service. I am not affiliated with Tim Hortons, I just hada great experience here. Read more
The staffs need to be polite in greeting the customers. They keep talking among themselves loudly inside the restaurant. There... should be a mix of well trained and senior staffs with the novice ones. Otherwise, quality of service will continue to go down. Read more
Today i ordered a small steap tea triple triple at drive through and staff said it takes 5 minuts to prepare you can wait... outside paking area and i waited almost 15 minutes nobody came then i call at store and asked for tea then they came and gave mea tea without any sugar ..totally wastage of time ???????????? Don?t even bother trying until someone else buys it. Even when they are open it?s worth driving to another location.
