Ordered a triple burger. It fell apart instantly when opening the container ending up in my lap and all over the carpet. I could... have taken it back to show the creator so I called the building asking for another. The employee said absolutely no way eventhough I hadn't eaten it. I ended up throwing it in the garbage. Ordered two original burgers (on sale for $3.49 today) quality is always good. Staff were nice and brought out my food to me.
Great food as always got a triple os only complaint I have is the the drive thru time. Took way to long.. if I wanted to... wait a half hour for my food I'd go somewhere and sit in to eat. Read more
Veggie burger was ok. Women?s washroom was very clean. Indoor seating available.
Was rear ended on the corner and pulled into the parking lot to assess the damage, call ICBC and whatnot. As I'm sitting there... just crying, a Triple O's employee comes out with breakfast and a hot coffee ???????? thank you so, SO much for that. You don'tknow how much that brightened my situation. Burger was cold and fries were hard. Had to reheat in microwave at home. I would expect a lot more care in food quality... considering the higher price point. This was my second visit and will not be going back for a while. Will go to McCurdy locationinstead for their reliable service and quality. Sorry guys Read more
I went through the drive-thru and I?m not sure I saw what I saw but I also don?t understand why anyones un-lidded drink would... need to be lifted to an employees mouth. I don?t want to assume someone would spit in peoples drinks but the whole thing wasvery odd. I thought I saw it out of the corner of my eye when they were filling my drink (looked like he took a sip out of it orsomething) but then afterwards I watched inside as I waited for my food and noticed the same employee do the same thing to a popbeverage for someone else in line behind me. I was working and didn?t have time to stop longer but I didn?t end up eating whatwas purchased because it made me uncomfortable. Dont spend your hard earned money here. Had to remind them to take my payment and get my drink. After waiting 10 minutes in... line, with 1 person infront, they gave me wrong burger aswell. A few days prior, drive thru worker got upset that I ordered myside before my bev, and my coworker said the exact thing happened to them that day. Read more
